The cause of the fault arc:
1.Aging and damage of wire leads to arc.
2.The wire connector produces an arc
A.The insulation layer is affected by high temperature, humidity or corrosion.
B.The power supply overvoltage causes the wire insulation to be broken.
C.Improper installation and loose connection of wire.
D.There are impurities at the connection of the wire, such as oxide, dirt, oil, etc.
3.The fault of electrical appliances forms a fault arc
A.Electric appliances are aging seriously beyond the service life
B.The dust and sundries inside the electric appliance, the insulation performance reduces, causing the arc.
C.The insulation inside the electrical appliance is bitten by mice and other animals, and other causes lead to wire damage and poor insulation.

Apply to the following three fire scenarios:
1. Insulation damage or aging: two charged conductors produce a resistive short circuit. Due to the weak fault current, the circuit breaker cannot be detected, and there is no leakage of current to the ground.
2. Poor connection or damaged conductor: fault arc increases local temperature, and part of current flows through insulation material, making the fault place talk (series arc detection)
3. Excessive pressure for a long time causes the electronic components in the load to overheat
